FAQ’s on sending in an art

FAQ’S

1. How can I make my picture?

You can either make it from the computer like on paint or something, or you can draw it on paper and scan it.

2. what’s the email again?

3. can I send in a link to you of the picture?

sure, no problem. as long as I can be able to see the picture.

4. I dont know what to draw……. now what?

well you can draw a picture of you doing something in clubpenguin you like to do. for example, if you like to play find four with your friends, draw that. or you buying a puffle. or you in the pizza shop. its all up to you.

5. does my picture have to be about club penguin?

No. as you see, there is a section towards the bottom on the arts page that says ‘other pics- not cp’. Those are art that were submitted but are not of cp. you sure can make a picture other than cp- no problem! but make sure your picture is not inappropriate.

6. do I have to write its made by me?

you can if you want. But if you dont or forget, I’ll always add that in. Remember, people want to know who made it.

7. What file type should I save my picture as?

you SHOULD save it as a PNG file because that’s the clearest way possible, unless you know another way of making your picture clear.

8. What’s PNG? how do i save my file as PNG? Im so confused! you know how you save your pictures on paint as ‘bmp’ or ‘jpeg’, etc? so every program is saved as a different file type. each has its own graphics, etc. So there is a professional one called PNG. some computers have it as a way you can save it on paint. Like me, I cant save my pics as png on paint, but what I do is I have Adobe Photoshop (you might have it- check your desktop) and I save it from there as a copy PNG file type.

9. Do my pictures have to be a certain size?

Well, yes. they should be. I’ll tell you the size limit. Go on paint and on the top, or not exactly top but on the little line, you’ll see a tiny white dot. Up to there is you picture limit. that’s in width. in length, it shouldn’t be so tall.

10. So then what if I sent you a file but I forgot the limit? It dosent really matter. everyone that sends their art forgets the size limit so I resize it for you. no big deal!

11. What if I want my picture to be signed ‘annonymous’?

Serious? are you acting shy now? lol. dont you want people to know it was made by you? what if they say ‘oh thats soooooo cute!’ how would you feel if they didnt know who it was. dont you want them to know it was made by you? you the artist? but if you really dislike your cp name being signed, then I will write annoynmous if you tell me to.

12. Do I have to give you the title of my picture?

You should but if you forget to, then I will just guess it myself. Like if it’s a penguin with a bunch of friends by a party, I would probably name it ‘penguin party’.

13. If I ask you to delete my picture, is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. But give me a good reason! is it because you dont like your picture? or it’s getting old? Remember, you can ALWAYS make your picture again and re-send it to me. either the same picture as an exact copy or a whole new one or both.

14. I sent you a pic, howcome it’s not showing on the art page?

There could be three reasons. One, it could be that I just received your email and it will show up shortly. Two, it could be that I didn’t check my email yet. Or three, it could be that the email didn’t go through, like the file may have failed to be sent (rare). Any of those reasons. But It WILL be shown sooner or later- regardless. However, it is NOT because I dont like it! More info on that below on comment#13.

15. does my picture have to be funny?

nope. you can choose what your viewers think of it as. you can make it funny, artistic, cute, realistic, etc. all your choice!

16. what happens if an art is inappropriate?

it dosent show up on the art page.

17. can only certain people submit art?

of course not. anybody can send in art. dosent matter if you’re old or young, anybody! that’s what makes the page fun- when each picture is made by someone else who has a different art skill.

Updates of my site….

Firstly, I have a chatbox I recently got. You can go on that any time by clicking on the ‘top click’ on the right side. Also, the funny pics section has been updated. If you havent checked back recently, a few new pictures has been added to it. Also, the art page needs more art. Its needs to fill up more. Simply submit your art, and in no time, it will be published. Just ask harley 23 and tyboy000! She’ll tell you how fast it gets posted….  just go to the art section on my site and see what you do next, or you can just email your pics to beetle64@gmail.com. That is it for now. Tour around my site and see what you can do. Any page you see has hardly any comments, meaning, the page is empty, you can fill it up as long as you dont repeat what you say. Have fun!
